Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. After review, we may issue a full or partial refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items damaged after delivery.
